Antique Quilts
Do you collect antique quilts, have a few from your Grandmother or Aunt tucked away in a guest room, or search for antique blocks to assemble yourself?
I was given an antique quilt top a number of years ago and have done some shadow quilting in the main blocks by hand. Now for some stitching in the ditch and time to decide on a quilting pattern for the setting blocks.
How do you decide on a quilting pattern for an older quilt? Do you use fabric as inspiration or the design?
